Shipping & Returns
You will notice that there is no shipping and handling prices listed when you purchase products on our website. This is because we have many products drop-ship directly from manufacturers and those rates are not known until the product ships. All shipping and handling will be added to your order when we process it. A final invoice will be sent to you via email with the final charges for your order after the item(s) ship. The complete balance will be charged to your credit card at that time.
All products default shipping method is either UPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is always available. If you contact our office at (800) 989-7338 we are more than happy to figure out the best shipping method to get the product(s) to you when you need them.
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery, only after authorization is approved by Turner Memorial. If the return is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping, otherwise you are responsible for all shipping charges and some items will require a restocking fee.
Personalized or customized items are non-refundable. If there was an error made by our team, a replacement will be sent immediately, otherwise you will be responsible for the replacement including any rush charges, engraving fees or expedited shipping fees if applicable.
If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately at (800) 989-7338 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to receive an authorization. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
