You will notice that there is no shipping and handling prices listed when you purchase products on our website. This is because we have many products drop-shipped and shipping is not easily calculated in this regard. All shipping and handling will be added to your order when we process it. A final invoice will be sent to you via email with the final charges for your order only after the items have shipped. Your credit card will be authorized at that time as this website only captures it to make sure it is valid until we process it.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery, only after authorization is approved by Turner Sales. If the return is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping, however, if it is because of your error or you just don't like the product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees both ways.
Personalized or customized items are non-refundable. If the error was made by our team, a replacement will be sent immediately, otherwise you will be responsible for any subsequent products to correct the error.
